Abstract: The phenomenon of sexual violence against children and adolescents and the psych repercussions of this potently traumatic experience are terms of complexity, surrounded by several nuances. Objective: This research, which was develop in a context of intersection between Psychology and the Judiciary, has as an objective to comprehend, through the Drawing-and-Story Procedure (D-E), applied during a previous interview to the special testimony, the emotional experience of teenagers who experienced situations of sexual violence. Methods: For its development, the clinic-qualitative method was chosen, using as a methodological strategy the case study, in the light of the psychoanalytic theoretical framework, and as a research tool, the Drawing-and-Story Procedure (D-E), conceived as a clinical investigation technique that enables the access to a psychodynamic condition of the individual, focusing on the conflict points and emotional turbulences. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee and had the São Paulo State’s Court of Justice as a participating institution. The application of the instrument occurred in the author’s professional daily life and, for the data analysis, the free inspection of the materials was used, which privileged the free monitoring association between graphic and verbal productions, seeking to apprehend the aspects that stood out. Five female tennagers that suffered sexual abuse whitin the family setting participated in the study. Analyzing the materials produced, with their life stories, were evidenced situations of unprotection and helplessness of parental figures. To deal with this condition, the mobilization, at an intrapsychic level, of a series of defence mechanisms was identified. In the production units, the use of idealization, denial, forgetfulness, isolation, omnipotent control, and splitting was observed. Results: It was observed, in general, that, in a vulnerable context, with flaws in parental protection, the teenagers didn’t have their development process preserved, being led to assume a premature independence or a false maturity. Despite this, it was considered that the participants demonstrated a favorable movement of elaboration of experienced situations and the development of internal resources to give meaning to their experiences, considering not only the expression of emotions, made possible through the activity, but also the offer of a space for listening, welcoming and credibility. Regarding the Drawing-and-Story Procedure (D-E) in psychological care in forensic scope, it proved to be an effective tool to provide the patient with the expression of their emotions in a playful way and also provide the professional with the establishment of rapport and access, in a brief and non-invasive way, to the emotional experiences of the individual, which leads to a more continental and assertive performance. Conclusion: It is understood that although this research has dealt with a specific context and audience, the emerging reflections allowed a look beyond not just the questions related to sexual violence against children and teenagers and the professional practice of Psychology in judicial proceedings, but also contributed to the understanding of the phenomenon of violence itself and to the performance of psychologists to these cases, regardless of the area in which their work is demanded.
