The present study reports an experience occurred due to the need of clinical consultation to the group of health community agents that are part of the Family Health Team. The agent’s daily professional practice involves questions that lead to considerable emotional suffering. We assume that this emotional suffering can be discussed over a proposition of a differentiated approach, created to the teams and groups, denominated group therapeutic consultations. The differentiated approaches are characterized by the use of mediating procedures that make possible the expression of difficulties and sufferings. We use the Thematic Drawing-and-Story Procedure as a facilitating mediation, trying to make the most visible the emotional expression and the mutative experiences that occur at the therapeutic consultations.
